Harrogate Housing is a free rental listings site for the area around Harrogate, Tennessee, run by Campbell Insurance Inc.Using the site means you accept these terms. They’re short, so please read them.

What this site is, and isn’t

We publish rental listings written by local landlords and help tenants reach them. We are not a party to any lease. We don’t collect rent, hold deposits, screen tenants, or represent either side of a rental. Every agreement happens between you and the other person directly.

Listings belong to their landlords

Each landlord writes their own listing and is responsible for what it says. A person on our side looks at every listing before it goes live, and each landlord agrees to our listing content policy, but we can’t verify every fact. Before you rent, do what you’d do anywhere: visit the property if you can, confirm the details with the landlord, and never send money for a place you haven’t verified.

Fair housing

Every listing on this site is offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. If a listing seems to say otherwise, tell us and we’ll act on it.

Using the site fairly

Don’t post false listings, send spam through our forms, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs. We can remove content, close accounts, or block access to protect the site and the people using it.

About the insurance forms

Campbell Insurance Inc. is a licensed insurance agency. The renters and landlord coverage forms on this site request a follow-up conversation; they are not applications, quotes, or proof of coverage. Nothing on this site is insurance advice for your specific situation.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We aren’t liable for decisions made from listing information or for a listing that turns out to be wrong; your agreement is with the landlord, not with us.
