Harrogate Housing is a small local site run by Campbell Insurance Inc. in Harrogate, Tennessee. This page explains what information the site collects, what we do with it, and who sees it. No legalese, and no surprises.

What we collect

• Browsing the site: nothing personal. Tenants never create accounts. We count page views and clicks in our own database to see which listings get attention, and we run no ad trackers and no third-party analytics.
• Sending an inquiry: your name, your email or phone (whichever you give), and your message. That’s what a landlord needs to reply.
• Landlord accounts: your name, email, and phone from signup, plus your listings, including the property address.
• Insurance forms: if you ask about renters or landlord coverage, the name and contact you enter comes to Campbell Insurance so we can follow up.

Who sees it

An inquiry goes by email to the landlord of that one listing, including your name and contact so they can reply. Insurance requests come to Campbell Insurance. That’s the whole list. We never sell your information, and we never share it with advertisers.

Property addresses

A live listing shows its street address, and the map pin sits on the property itself. Anyone browsing can see both, and so can search engines. That is part of listing here: renters want to know which road a place is on before they drive out to see it.

A landlord’s phone number is separate. It shows on a listing only if the landlord turned that on. Landlord email addresses never appear on a public page.

Cookies

One cookie, for signed-in landlords, to keep you signed in. Tenants browsing and inquiring get no cookies from us at all.

Services we rely on

Our emails (sign-in links, inquiry notifications) go out through an email delivery service. Map images load from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which, like any web server, can see your device’s IP address when it requests a map tile. Photos and the database live on our own server.

Keeping and removing your information

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Ask us through Campbell Insuranceand we’ll take care of it. Landlords can edit or remove their listings from the dashboard any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions come to us the same way.
